We are a non-profit organisation that provides support services to people living with intellectual disabilities. We empower personal development through provision of information, education and life skills training.
We provide in-centre and community-based programs that educate and encourage participants to develop life skills, including; computer skills, social and interpersonal skills, travel and independent living skills. Our mission is to ‘Ignite the Courage to be Extraordinary’.

Looking for meaningful opportunities for your child? At ROPE, we offer hands-on traineeships in real working environments - helping participants build confidence, learn new skills, and take the next step towards independence.
Current traineeship areas include:
- Customer service and barista training in our cafes
- Retail experience in our on-site shop
- Outdoor work in our lawn care business
